scanAll — Privacy Policy

Data we collect
scanAll itself collects nothing: we have no servers, and your documents, images and recognized text are never uploaded. The only data that leaves the app is what the Google Mobile Ads SDK collects to show ads (see Advertising).
Where your documents live
All scans, edited images, OCR text, and exported files (PDF, Searchable PDF, JPEG, PNG, Hangul HWPX, Word DOCX, Excel XLSX, plain text) are created and stored locally inside the app's container on your device. They never leave your iPhone unless you choose to share or export them through the system share sheet, attach them to an email in the system mail composer, or save them to the Files app or to a Files folder you registered (such as iCloud Drive or a drive provider's folder). You are in full control of any outbound sharing. Files you send this way are handled by the mail or storage service you chose, under that service's own policy — the developer never receives them.
Settings kept on your device
The default email recipient you enter in Settings and the folders you register for saving are stored only on your device. scanAll uses them only to fill in the mail composer and to save files to those folders, and never sends them to the developer.
Camera
The camera is used only to scan documents. Captured images are processed on your device and are not sent anywhere.
Photos
When you import an existing image, scanAll uses the system photo picker (PHPicker). This gives the app access only to the specific photo you select — it does not request or receive access to your full photo library.
On-device processing
Edge detection, perspective correction, filters, OCR (text recognition), and format conversion all run entirely on your device using Apple's on-device frameworks (Vision for OCR, PDFKit for PDF rendering). No document content is uploaded for processing.
Accounts
scanAll has no account system. You do not sign up, log in, or provide any identity to use the app.
Advertising
The library screen shows Google AdMob ads — a banner at the bottom and ads shaped like document cards between your documents (marked “Ad”). No ads appear on the scan, edit or export screens.
To show and measure ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA — only if you allow tracking), IP address and approximate location derived from it, device and app information, ad interactions, and diagnostics. Your documents and recognized text are never shared with Google or used for ads.
When the library first appears, iOS asks whether scanAll may track you (App Tracking Transparency). If you don't allow it, the IDFA is not available and non-personalized ads are shown; you can change this anytime in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. In regions where Google requires consent (such as the EEA and the UK), Google's consent form is shown, and you can change your choice later in the app under Settings › Ad privacy choices.
Tracking and analytics
scanAll has no analytics SDK. Tracking happens only through the Google Mobile Ads SDK, and only if you allow it in the App Tracking Transparency prompt.
Children
scanAll is rated 4+. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a future version, the updated policy will be published with a new effective date.

문서가 저장되는 위치
모든 스캔본, 편집된 이미지, OCR 텍스트, 내보낸 파일(PDF, 검색 가능한 PDF, JPEG, PNG, 한글 HWPX, 워드 DOCX, 엑셀 XLSX, 텍스트)은 기기 안 앱 컨테이너에 로컬로 생성·저장됩니다. 사용자가 시스템 공유 시트로 공유하거나, 시스템 메일 작성 화면에 첨부하거나, 파일 앱 또는 등록한 파일 앱 폴더(iCloud Drive·드라이브 앱이 제공하는 폴더 등)에 저장하기로 직접 선택하지 않는 한 기기를 벗어나지 않습니다. 외부로 나가는 모든 공유는 전적으로 사용자가 통제합니다. 이렇게 보낸 파일은 사용자가 고른 메일·저장 서비스가 그 서비스의 정책에 따라 처리하며, 개발자에게는 전달되지 않습니다.
기기에만 저장되는 설정
설정에 입력한 기본 메일 받는 사람과 저장용으로 등록한 폴더는 기기에만 저장됩니다. scanAll 은 이를 메일 작성 화면을 채우고 그 폴더에 파일을 저장하는 데만 쓰며, 개발자에게 보내지 않습니다.
카메라
카메라는 오직 문서 스캔에만 사용됩니다. 촬영된 이미지는 기기 안에서 처리되며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
사진
기존 이미지를 가져올 때 scanAll 은 시스템 사진 선택기(PHPicker)를 사용합니다. 이때 앱은 사용자가 선택한 특정 사진에만 접근하며, 전체 사진 라이브러리에 대한 접근을 요청하거나 받지 않습니다.
온디바이스 처리
테두리 감지, 원근 보정, 필터, OCR(텍스트 인식), 포맷 변환은 모두 Apple 의 온디바이스 프레임워크(OCR 은 Vision, PDF 렌더링은 PDFKit)를 사용해 전적으로 기기 안에서 수행됩니다. 처리를 위해 문서 내용을 업로드하지 않습니다.
계정
scanAll 에는 계정 시스템이 없습니다. 앱을 사용하기 위해 가입·로그인하거나 신원 정보를 제공하지 않습니다.
광고
라이브러리 화면에 Google AdMob 광고가 나옵니다 — 화면 아래 배너와, 문서 사이의 문서 카드 모양 광고(“광고” 표시)입니다. 스캔·편집·내보내기 화면에는 광고가 없습니다.
광고를 보여 주고 성과를 재기 위해 Google 모바일 광고 SDK 는 기기의 광고 식별자(IDFA — 추적을 허용한 경우에만), IP 주소와 이를 통한 대략적 위치, 기기·앱 정보, 광고 상호작용, 진단 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다. 문서와 인식된 텍스트는 Google 에 제공하지 않으며 광고에 쓰지 않습니다.
라이브러리가 처음 나타날 때 iOS 가 추적 허용(앱 추적 투명성) 여부를 묻습니다. 허용하지 않으면 IDFA 를 쓰지 않고 비개인화 광고가 나오며, iOS 설정 › 개인정보 보호 및 보안 › 추적에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있습니다. Google 이 동의를 요구하는 지역(EEA·영국 등)에서는 Google 동의 창이 나오며, 앱의 설정 › 광고 개인정보 선택에서 나중에 바꿀 수 있습니다.
추적 및 분석
scanAll 에는 분석 SDK 가 없습니다. 추적은 Google 모바일 광고 SDK 를 통해서만, 앱 추적 투명성 창에서 허용한 경우에만 이루어집니다.
아동
scanAll 은 연령 등급 4+ 입니다. 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.
본 방침의 변경
향후 버전에서 본 방침이 변경되면, 새로운 시행일과 함께 갱신된 방침을 게시합니다.
